Cllr James Hockney will Chair the event. He is an advocate on bullying and SEN for over a decade. A London Councillor in Enfield and Shadow Finance spokesperson, he was previously a Cambridgeshire Councillor for 12 years. Serves on the Board of the Conservative Friends of Bangladesh. In the 2019 General Election he was the Conservative Parliamentary candidate for Edmonton. James is also a member of the CDG Executive.
