William Rogers Joined the Young Conservatives in Cornwall at the age of 18 in 1964.  He has been an active member if the party throughout, to the present day.  During the 1980s he was active with Conservatives Abroad in South Africa.  He has now returned in retirement to Cornwall. As a father to a mentally disabled young man, he is very concerned about the care of people with disabilities and the care and limited opportunities available for them.  He has been a member of the CDG group for more than 10 years.
