Cllr James Hockney is a business owner, Dad and Conservative London Councillor in Enfield Borough and Shadow Finance Cabinet Member.

He has advocated on the issues of school bullying and SEN for over a decade and serves on the APPG inquiry into school bullying. Active within the CDG and recently chaired the meeting with Susan Hall AM, leader of the GLA Conservatives.
